U2

Die U-Bahnlinie U2 verkehrt auf einer ehemaligen U-Strabstrecke (Streckenabschnitt Museumsquartier - Rathaus) und wurde 2008 bis zum Stadion verlängert. Sie ist derzeit 12,5 km lang und hat 17 Stationen und wird 2013 bis Seestadt Aspern verlängert. Die Linienfarbe ist violett.

Underground line U2 is partly erected on a former underground tramway line (Museumsquartier - Rathaus) and was extended in 2008 to Stadion. Line U2 is currently 12.5 km long and has some 17 stations and will be extended to Seestadt Aspern in 2013. The line color is violet.
