Tatra T3A

Die T3A sind in eigener Werkstatt modernisierte T3SU, sie erhielten dort ein Thyristor-Impuls-Steuerungssystem. Von den einst 190 Fahrzeugen sind im Sommer 2024 in Riga noch 64 in Betrieb, etliche wurden an ukrainische Städte abgegeben, so 2014 drei nach Donezk und 30 nach Charkiw, 2015 zwölf nach Odessa (denen 2019 weitere 2 folgten), Mykolajiw bekam einem T3A, Mariupol 2018 19 Stück und Konotrop 2018/19 sechs. Sie fahren in Riga mit Stangenstromabnehmer.

The T3As are T3SUs modernised in the company's own workshop, where they were fitted with a thyristor pulse control system.
