Dies ist die letzte verbliebene Überlandstraßenbahn und hat eine Länge von 11,7 km und fährt in den nördlichen gelegenen Vorort Limbiate. Der stadtseitige Endpunkt wandert durch den U-Bahnausbau immer mehr nach außen. Zum Einsatz kommen Wagen aus den 1950er Jahren.
